At Arvona, we currently deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message to verify your order before it is dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your Emirate. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of AED 18 applies to all orders, calculated at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. A COD handling fee of AED 5 applies per order. Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery partner.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your delivery status.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, your order may be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate at checkout.
